AI Engineer

What do we do?
Welcome to our R&D team, where we foster a culture of innovation and creativity to push the boundaries of what’s possible in AI problem-solving. Our philosophy? We believe the only failure is not trying at all. Each day is an opportunity to tackle one piece of the puzzle, experiment with a new approach, and uncover a new layer of complexity.
Daily Activities:
- Design and implement LLM-based and Generative AI applications (Agents, copilots, and internal tools).
- Work with Agentic frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, Crew AI, and Vertex AI to automate complex workflows.
- Build RAG pipelines using embeddings, vector databases, and text processing.
- Program in Python, Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
- Build AI/ML models: Supervised/Unsupervised Learning, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, Transformers, RNN, LSTM, CNN, Random Forest, and GBRT.
- Deploy and maintain services using FastAPI/Flask, Docker, and cloud (preferably AWS). And own data pipelines, and integrations with our existing systems.
- Work with Vector databases, SQL databases, MongoDB, Git, REST APIs, and CI/CD.
Preference:
- Experience with voice AI (STT/TTS, Twilio or similar).
- Background in automating business workflows (support, finance, operations, etc.).
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
